Flood: Imo inaugurates Local Emergency Management Committees By Peter Okolie Gov. Hope Uzodimma of Imo on Thursday inaugurated a 135-member Local Emergency Management Committees (LEMCs) to enhance flood disaster preparedness and response in the state.
